Technology Infrastructure Services (TIS) Hoisting, part of the Global Technology & Operations organization, consists of more than 6,600 employees worldwide. TI delivers industry-leading infrastructure products and services to the company’s employees, customers and clients around the world.
Job Description
The individual will be responsible for Event, Incident, Request, Change, Problem, Vulnerability, System currency. Build and maintain stability and security of the Global Cloud Platform service Operations.
Responsibilities
• Provide a single point of contact for proactive support of the underlying Container infrastructure
• Utilize correlated data sources with predictive analytics to ensure maximum operational uptime and adherence to SLOs and SLAs
• Provide seamless integration and collaboration with enterprise service providers, with specialist knowledge in operating within Container infrastructure
• Focus on service stability, security and event automation for operational efficiencies
Requirements
Education: B.E. / B. Tech/M.E. /M. Tech/B.Sc./M.Sc./BCA/MCA (prefer IT/CS specialization)
Certifications, If Any: Redhat Certification Open shift Administration, RHCE, Kubernetes
Experience Range: 8 – 10 years
Foundational skills:
• Atleast 1-2 years of recent experience with Redhat Openshift and Advanced Cluster Management
