Design, implement, and maintain high-performance and scalable Mongo database infrastructure.
Monitor database performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimizations to ensure optimal system performance.
Develop and implement backup and recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and availability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement database solutions that meet business needs.
Maintain and enhance database security protocols to protect sensitive data.
Conduct regular audits of database systems to identify potential issues and implement solutions to improve efficiency and stability.
Work closely with developers to ensure database design and optimization align with application requirements.
Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies related to Mongo database management.
Create and maintain documentation related to database infrastructure, configurations, and processes.
Participate in on-call rotation to provide support for critical database issues.
Collaborate with infrastructure team to plan and execute database upgrades and migrations.
Communicate technical information and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
