Job Description
Experience Required - 8 to 10 years
Location - Mumbai
Job Responsibilities:
· Building a pipeline of buy side and sell side opportunities across various sectors including Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 and stressed assets
· Developing relationships with the promoters, funds and lenders for potential opportunities
· Preparing pitch documents and proposals for the client
· Developing Business Plan/ Financial Model development for the client
· Leading the project execution for buy side and sell side mandates
· Providing guidance and support to Analysts and Associates
· Liasoning with other internal teams for delivery of our services such as Business Restructuring Team, financial and tax due diligence team, tax team, etc.
Skills Required :
· Financial Modelling and Infra Background for investment banking
· Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and MS excel
· Working knowledge of financial DBs such as VCCEdge or Cap IQ or Bloomberg
· Strong analytical bent of mind and structured problem-solving approach
· Excellent communication skills
· Team player
· Hard-working individual
· Aptitude for continuous learning and excellence
· Ability to work under demanding timelines
· And most essentially, a positive attitude towards life
