Job Description
Technology Transformation and Integration (TT&I) as part of Technology infrastructure (TI), has the responsibility of modernising legacy infrastructure as part of the Bank's Information Technology strategy via automation, optimisation and transformation.
In the role as Optimisation & Transformation lead, you will be driving the bank's IT Strategy agenda to modernise its legacy infrastructure. You will be responsible for discovering new optimisation and transformation opportunities, and supporting them transition from ideation to execution.

Your key responsibilities (max 5 bullet points)
• Communicate the purpose and intended outcomes of the workstream to a wide variety of stakeholders, ensuring the key messages are understood
• Leverage a strong understanding of the bank's product portfolio & commercial landscape to regularly analyse the bank's technology estate to identify new optimization and/or transformation opportunities
• Support newly identified optimization/transformation opportunities in transitioning from ideation to execution, adding critical knowledge / insight and bringing together the necessary stakeholders
• Partner with programme managers to build comprehensive business cases to support optimisation/transformation projects, and define their methodology to track financial benefits
• Track, report and publish the progress of the workstream against its strategic objectives
Your skills and experience (max 5 bullet points)
• Robust understanding of technology, with a minimum of 4 years experience in the technology industry with a top tier bank and/or a consulting firm
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to interact with colleagues at all levels within the organisation in a peer-like way to achieve objectives
• Comfortable in a fast paced, highly demanding and evolving environment, with the aptitude to grasp new concepts and effectively produce results
• A highly structured thinker with the necessary excel skills to gather, synthesise, analyse and present technology data in a time pressured environment
• Strong presentational skills, with the ability to create concise communication materials
