The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting backend infrastructure and production environments for our customers. They will possess a strong understanding of systems, operating systems, and networking, along with the ability to effectively utilize observability tools, Jira, Linux (Ubuntu), basic shell scripting, ITIL practices, and system patching.Responsibilities:· Monitor and troubleshoot backend infrastructure and production environments for customers.· Perform systems, operating systems, and networking troubleshooting as needed.· Utilize observability tools to identify and resolve issues proactively.· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents.· Document troubleshooting procedures and maintain accurate records.· Assist with system patching and maintenance activities.· Adhere to ITIL best practices and company policies and procedures.· Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and customers as needed.Qualifications:· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.· 4-5 years of experience in a similar role or 8- 10 years for Senior · Strong understanding of systems, operating systems, and networking concepts.
