Position description:
Procurement Officer - Infrastructure
Primary Responsibilities:
Processing of Orders, Maintaining records and MIS of orders placed & payment processed
Additional Responsibilities:
Coordination with Internal Stake Holders (IT+Admin+ ATM+ Payment Ops+ Legal) + External Stakeholders (Vendors, Consultant etc.)
for quotes, order update, processing of Orders & Payments to the vendors. Access generic mail id to coordinate with vendors & internal stakeholder for deliveries and issue resolution
Educational qualifications preferred

Field specialization: Commerce, Science, Arts
