This Engineer role is to provide end-to-end support for applications like Exchange 2016, Exchange 2026, Exchange online (O365) and Enterprise Vault. Optimise existing end-to-end customer journeys and improve the customer experience by devising new, innovative solutions, services, products or propositions. This role require candidate to provide 24/7 on-call support based on shifts and roaster. You will require intense passion and curiosity for customers/end users and putting them at the centre of everything you do. Work closely with squad members to ensure outcomes meet customer/end user’s expectations.

Certifications
Microsoft Exchange Server 2016, Microsoft Exchange Server 2026,
Microsoft Office 365 – Exchange Online, Microsoft 365, Enterprise Vault administration, RightFax administration will be add-on preferences
Essential skills
Expertise in Enterprise Vault and Exchange Administration 2016, Exchange 2026, and Exchange online (O365).
Knowledge on Azure AD user management, Active Directory, DNS, Windows cluster, IIS and SQL.
Good understanding of Networking, Load balancer and VOIP.
In depth knowledge on Scripting and coding with PowerShell, Python etc.
Candidate should have good understanding & follow Incident, Change and Problem management process.
Strong analytical skills should be able to assess and solve issues in a high-pressure environment.
Relevant Experiences
Candidate should have 3 to 5 years hands-on experience in Exchange environment and manage end to end BAU support.
Candidate should be able to handle escalation in Exchange environment.
Soft Skills
Candidate should be a Team player to understand the team and appreciate the value of working with other team members to accomplish company’s goal.
Candidate should hold great communication skills
Candidate should have ability to use knowledge to find answers to pressing problems and formulate workable solutions
Candidate should hold a strong work ethics that reflects desire and determination to work hard to meet goals while adhering to the workplace policies and rules.
Candidate should be flexible who can wear more than one hat and serve in more than one role
Candidate should have great interpersonal skill to give and receive constructive criticism, be tolerant and respectful regarding the opinions of others, and empathize with them.
Educational Background
Graduate or Higher degrees

Ensures market knowledge influences strategic directions and decisions accordingly
Deep and honed understanding of commercial levers, customer and growth drivers
Design change management strategies that take account of the whole end to end value chain and integrate the needs of our bankers and customers and maximise business value
Manage complex deliveries in a highly technical and IT dependent environment across the End-to-End value chain of the business
Deliver initiative milestones and “own” the impacts to ensure all changes impact customers and frontline staff in a positive way
