• Lead the delivery of Liquidity technology solutions to liquidity risk functional and non functional requirements.
• Align all Engineering teams activities towards Technology Strategy/ Scorecard and Software Development Framework, especially towards cloud platforms, API-based and DevOps/ SRE.
• Managerial and people leadership responsibility for engineering teams with diverse skill sets, including budgeting, interviewing, hiring, coaching and developing more T-shaped/ M-shaped colleagues.
• Continuous stakeholders engagement to keep abreast of latest business needs
• Provide manpower forecast and effort estimates to feed into overall project plans
• Incubate future state application engineering strategy, including the discovery of new technology stack to drive long term business and technology strategy.
• Conformance to good conduct and adherence to all of the bank s controls
• Build and maintain key relationships with Technology teams accross the Bank, in order to be conduit for Technology strategy for the Warsaw Engineering Team,
Our Ideal Candidate
• Preferably Bachelor s degree or equivalent education
• At least 10 years experience in similar banking projects implementation
• Proven experience in similar technology leadership roles exhibiting good leadership and communication skills
• Deep knowledge of current technology trends, especially in cloud-native applications
• Good understanding of software development life cycle and system solutions design
• Knowledge of system design and development of web, mobile, backend, database, integration, machine learning, cloud, containers and CI/CD pipelines
