Responsibilities
The selected candidate will play a crucial role in managing our extensive network of corporate subsidiaries
Responsibilities will include establishing and dissolving entities, maintaining entity records, and preparing annual consents, resolutions, and notices for board and committee meetings
Additionally, the role involves compiling board books, handling SEC filings for our public company, managing UCC filings and amendments, and providing periodic reports to company auditors
Other secondary duties may include, but are not limited to, assisting with corporate transactions, including real estate and fleet financings and real estate acquisitions; management of intercompany agreements; and communication with vendors, outside counsel, internal legal staff, and management
The candidate will also be regularly involved in special corporate projects and other miscellaneous tasks as-needed
