Work directly with the Chief Legal Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer
Provide day-to-day strategic legal advice and counsel on a broad range of employment matters, including compensation and benefits, employment policies, restrictive covenants, terminations, and discrimination and harassment
Partner closely with HR to evaluate legal risks and collaborate on global employment and ethics matters
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of employment-related agreements and contracts
Handle employment claims and litigation
Manage annual employee compliance program and certification
Support and assist with internal investigations and respond to employment-related inquiries
Proactively conduct risk assessments and identify compliance and/or labor and employment risks
