PI Paralegal/Claims Manager - Remote
A leading property services company is seeking a Professional Indemnity Paralegal or Claims Manager to join their in-house legal team. This role can be based in any of their UK offices or as a remote position. This organisation can provide a rare opportunity to sponsor the SQE to qualify and work as a solicitor!
What you'll do:
• Manage a varied caseload of personal indemnity claims, ensuring efficient and timely resolution.
• Draft legal documents, negotiate settlements.
• Provide expert legal support to senior colleagues and liaise with insurers.
• Stay up to date on legal developments and best practices in personal indemnity law.
Requirements:
• Proven ability to draft legal documents, negotiate effectively, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Must have 6 months experience with end-to-end professional indemnity claims.
• Preferred experience within the property and real estate sector.
