Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented fresher to join our team as an In-House Lawyer. A property lawyer typically handle legal matters related to property and real estate.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Property Transactions:
• Assisting in buying, selling, leasing, or renting property.
• Drafting and reviewing property sale agreements, sale deeds and other legal documents.
• Conducting due diligence on the property’s title and ownership history.
• Documentation:
• Preparing and registering property related documents, such as sale deeds, gift deeds, partition deeds.
• Ensuring all necessary documents are legally compliant.
• Legal Support:
• Advising clients on property-related laws and regulations in Karnataka.
• Providing guidance on government schemes, property taxes, and registration charges.
• Risk Management:
• Identify and mitigate potential legal risks to the organization.
• Support the implementation of risk management strategies.
5. Site Visits :
· Visit property sites in Doddaballapura to inspect and verify details related to ownership, boundaries, and encroachments.
· Liaise with surveyors and local authorities during site visits to resolve dosputes or clarify property details.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
• Enrolment in the Bar Council of India is preferred.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of Indian corporate law, contract law, and compliance regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using MS Office and legal research tools.
• Experience:
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in corporate legal roles are encouraged to apply.
