Description
The concerned Fellow will work towards the Diffusion of the concept of Innovation across the state (inclusive of Districts & Villages) through— Development Outreach strategies, Identification of Communication Channels, Media Relations, Social Media Engagement, Sensitisation Workshops.
The intended role: Innovation Fellow – Marketing & Communication will be leading various communication aspects of the organisation from
• Fostering the current Brand & Representation of the Organisation and its work along the lines of: Social Media, Website, Press, Content Curation & Management.
• Dissemination of the concept of Innovation across the 33 districts of Telangana through the existing state-wide campaign.
Responsibilities
• Liaison & Coordinate with Creative Vendor on Collateral Creation, and handle Website operations.
• Up-keeping and overseeing the programs-related reports and content generated by team members from time to time.
• Strategy and Execution end-to-end Media & Communication mechanisms for programs, workshops, events, campaigns etc.
• Social Media Management of organisation’s Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube through content & collateral creation, content posting related to programs and organisational updates.
• Timely creation and Safe up-keeping of the Media & Communication kits, merchandise of the organisation & programs; be accountable for right usage of the merchandise.
• Collaborate with other team members in the organisation to co-create value through Communication Mechanisms for the efficient representation of the Programs and Organisation.
Qualifications
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Designing skills, understanding on the standard/professional communication channels
• Social media handling skills – Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram
• Complete understanding towards Brand Guidelines.
• Facilitation and moderation skills
• Stakeholder Management
• Strong knowledge of MS Office suite
• Content Curation, and Management.

Experience:
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing and communications in the Social and/or private sector.
• Experience of handling social media.
• Experience in Creative Liaison.
• Hands-on experience of writing reports.
• Experience of working with Press
Academics & Language Expertise
• Graduate/postgraduate in Mass Communications/Media studies etc or other relevant fields.
• Proficiency to read, write, and speak in English and Telugu
