Product Development
The Innovation Product Engineer is responsible for the development of innovative products or product enhancements. The Innovation Product Engineer creates prototypes and conducts testing to validate and refine innovative product concepts. Technical Expertise
The Innovation Product Engineer brings technical expertise and knowledge to the innovation process. They have a deep understanding of relevant technologies, materials, and manufacturing processes. They assess the feasibility and viability of innovative ideas from a technical perspective, considering factors such as scalability, cost and performance.
Cross-functional Collaboration

Intellectual Property (IP) Management
The Innovation Product Engineer may be responsible for managing and protecting intellectual property associated with innovative products or technologies. They work with legal and IP teams to identify patentable inventions, file patents, and ensure compliance with IP regulations. They may also conduct IP landscape analysis to assess potential risks and opportunities.
Continuous Improvement
The Innovation Product Engineer seeks opportunities for continuous improvement of existing products or processes. They analyze customer feedback, performance data, and market trends to identify areas for enhancement or optimization.
