Sales Staff Position Overview:
We are currently seeking passionate and dynamic individuals to join our sales team. The Sales Staff will play a crucial role in assisting and engaging clients in our retail store, as well as handling basic administrative operations. To excel in this position, candidates should possess excellent communication skills, be fluent in English, and have a minimum of 1 year of previous sales experience, preferably within the footwear industry.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
• Assist clients in our retail store, providing exceptional customer service.
• Educate customers about client's vegan and premium footwear products.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective client engagement.
• Handle basic administrative tasks as needed.
• Maintain product knowledge to answer customer inquiries.
Candidate Requirements:
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
• Minimum 1 year of prior sales experience.
• Experience in the footwear industry is a plus.
• Energetic and capable of multitasking, handling 2-3 clients simultaneously.
• Comfortable with a work schedule from 10:30 am to +:00 pm, six days a week.
Compensation and Benefits:
The potential compensation for Sales Staff includes a base salary of ₹25,000 plus commission on meeting and exceeding sales targets. We also offer opportunities for growth and advancement within the company
