Responsibilities:

2. Utilize various lead generation techniques such as email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking to reach out to potential leads.
3. Qualify and evaluate leads based on predefined criteria to determine their potential as prospective customers.
4. Engage with leads through effective communication to understand their needs, challenges, and requirements.
5. Educate leads about our products or services, highlighting their features, benefits, and value proposition.
6. Collaborate with the management team to develop customized sales pitches, proposals, and presentations for lead conversion.
7. Track and manage leads using CRM software, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for effective follow-ups.
8. Nurture relationships with leads through consistent and personalized communication, providing relevant information and addressing their inquiries.

10. Monitor industry trends, market competition, and customer feedback to identify new lead generation opportunities.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline, preferably in MBA Marketing or Sales.
2. Strong passion for sales, marketing, and lead generation, with a keen eye for identifying potential customers.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with leads.
4. Proactive and self-motivated mindset, with a strong drive to achieve and exceed lead generation targets.
5. Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to evaluate and qualify leads effectively.
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and coordinate efforts with sales and marketing teams.
7. Familiarity with lead generation techniques and tools, including CRM software, social media platforms, and email marketing.
8. Proficient in using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for creating reports, presentations, and data analysis.
