• Responsibilities:
- Contact potential customers via phone calls to introduce and promote products or services
- Follow scripts and guidelines provided by the company to engage customers effectively
- Identify and understand customer needs to suggest appropriate products or services
- Provide information about product features, prices, and benefits to potential customers
- Answer questions from customers regarding the products or services offered
- Obtain and document customer details, including contact information, preferences, and inquiries
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads or opportunities for sales
- Maintain a comprehensive database of potential and existing customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate follow-up activities with potential customers
• Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred
- Proven experience in telemarketing or telecalling roles is an advantage, but not required
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively over the phone
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills to influence customers' buying decisions
- Knowledge of sales techniques and customer interaction principles
- Familiarity with CRM software and telephone systems is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
