Job Description
The Inside Sales Analyst will be based in Hyderabad. In this position, you will report to the Senior Sales Operations Manager. This person will be responsible for communicating with potential customers via calls/mails, following up on leads and keeping track & maintaining the database of current and potential customers. Position will utilize the CRM tools to provide the team a consistent and accurate view of global leads activity. The Analyst will work closely with the Global Sales teams in providing quality leads and helping them close the deals consistently.
Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do…
• Should communicate with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.
• Will be able to understand customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
• Should be responsible for answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
• Should own the Develop, maintain and project weekly leads pipeline to Sales team
• Should standardize and improve the Inside Sales process
• Responsible to work in sync with Global sales team to identify and support on quoting budgetary projects as pre-sales activity.
• Responsible to identify new market entry opportunities and work in sync with Sales ops team for country analysis
• Will be responsible to keep up with product and service information and updates on NX products.
• Should create and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
• should explain and demonstrate features of products and services.
• Staying informed about competing products and services.
• Should be involved in upselling products and services
• Should be responsible for researching and qualifying new leads.
Here Is Some Of What You’ll Need (required)…
• Bachelor’s degree with 2 to 4 years of experience
• Previous experience in a related sales position or an outbound call center preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Salesforce.com.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong listening and sales skills.
