GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB:

Peter Taube, LLC© is expanding in the Los Angeles Area, and we are searching for team member for the role of Inside Sales representative. In this role, you will be responsible for answering and logging customer calls, emails, and online requests for service, listening to the potential customer to understand their service needs and explaining how Peter Taube, LLC can assist with their service needs.

The objective of the inside sales position is to convert a service request into a booked appointment with a high close rate, schedule customer service and sales calls appointments, and follow up post customer call with confirmation emails and creating service/ sales call invoices and installer/technician job paperwork.

You will also be responsible for ensuring that all installer job paperwork is ready for installer/technician to leave the office on-time each day, communicating with installers in the field and updating them on schedule changes and receiving updates from them of their job progress. Your duties will also include closing out completed jobs, logging and scheduling follow-up activities and applying payment to and closing out invoices while maintaining a highly organized physical and digital documentation library.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Strong interpersonal spoken and written communications skills

· Significant customer service and in-home service experience

· Strong organizational project management and problem-solving skills

· Punctual, reliable, possesses a great work ethic and the highest level of integrity

· An understanding of basic to advanced technology with computers, telephones, mobile devices, and tablets including emails, printing, downloading/uploading to websites

· Ability to take notes, document processes and do so in a efficient way; strong typing skills and clear writing.

· Hands on involvement, open-mindedness, willing to learn and fail, humility and the ability to function in highly agile and collaborative environment is crucial to success in this position.

-Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.

· Experience with using Field Management software (e.g., Service Fusion or equivalent) is not required but is desired.

· Daily Mandatory overtime is a requirement of the role. The ability to work Saturday's is not required but preferred.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

· High School degree or equivalent

· Active driver's license and insurable

· Monday to Friday Day Shift (9 hours)

· Weekend availability Day Shift (Saturday's) - Preferred

- 2-5 years’ work experience in an office environment, preferably in the Home Services industry (sales, customer service and/or field management oversight).
