CTC -6.5 LPA
Fixed CTC-4.5 LPA (In-hand after deductions - 30,042 Rs/ Month)
Variables & Incentives - 2 LPA
Other Perks -
1. Sponsored Lunch
2. Uncapped Incentive but our average associate earns
15-20K/month (Weekly
incentive settlement) 3. Fixed 20% Appraisal on in hand salary every year
4. Yearly bonus of 50% of monthly in hand salary

Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year experience in non Ed-tech industry in sales (B2C) or minimum 6 months of experience in any other Sales industry (B2C) • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
