Role – Business Development Associate
JOB ROLE:- Module Sales Associate
About Us
WizKlub is a part of Infinity Learning by Sri Chaitanya. WizKlub offers research-based education programs designed to develop future skills across Comprehension, Critical Thinking, and Mathematical aptitude in kids from the age group of 6 – 14 years. Our aim is to empower kids to learn and develop comprehensive skills to solve real-world problems using practical approaches. We have trained over 40,000 students across the world in the last 4 years. The company is now tying up with schools across India and the programs would be conducted in the WizKlub lab set up inside the school We are looking for innovative thinkers who believe in themselves and are ready to bring the curve to the company through their ideas and approach. If you think, you have the skills, then we are waiting for you with the below criteria:
Location: Koramangala, Bangalore (Work From Office)
Employment type: Permanent
Salary: 6.4 LPA (4 LPA fixed + 2.4 LPA variable)
Incentives structure: Weekly (Every Friday)
Experience: Fresher - 1yrs experience
JOB DESCRIPTION :- This is an individual contributor role in a high performance target-driven sales environment that emphasizes on selling unique programs designed for children in ages 6-14 years. Your role will start with contacting parents over the phone and convincing them to enroll their children to WizKlub programs.
Candidates should be willing to talk to 60-70 customers everyday over the phone - pitching WizKlub programs and regular sales follow-ups to drive admissions / sales.
Should be able to build rapport with customers (Parents) by understanding Customer profile & problems to explain the implication of ineffective learning methods and explain the benefits of WizKlub programs.
