Job Title - Inside Sales - Business Development Executive
Salary: £28k - £32k Basic (DOE) + Monthly Commission (OTE £48,500) Uncapped

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct account review calls with a fully qualified customer base to identify needs and seek out new business opportunities.
• Sell the full range of our clients portfolio to existing customers and facilitate renewals
• Build customer proposals and contracts and look after the sales process from initial greet to contract sign ensuring a professional and pleasant experience for customers.
• Develop a strong understanding of our business portfolio and communicate its benefits to prospective customers.
• Meet and exceed targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Maintain a database of leads and prospects using the company's CRM system.
• Keep accurate records of activities and prospect data in the CRM.
• Always open to continuous improvement methods and embrace learning.
• Be adaptable to change and operate with efficiency.
Criteria For Application:
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Minimum 2 years sales experience - Selling over the phone would be advantageous but not essential.
- Must demonstrate a recent track record of achieving sales targets
- Understanding of the sales process and sales performance metrics
- Experience in using CRM software and managing a pipeline of customer contacts from lead through to sale.
