The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
• Creation of the sales pipeline for the assigned region.
• Actively sourcing new sales opportunities through cold-calling and calling out to inbound leads.
• Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision makers and understanding their requirements.
• Setting up face-to-face / virtual meetings between potential customers and the Field Sales representatives
• Coordinate with internal team and provide competitive quotations to the clients.
Required Skills:
• Excellent conversational skills to engage with prospects and clients over the phone.
• Exceptional cross-organization collaboration.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with CRM Software and system functioning is a must.
• High energy and enthusiasm.
• Graduate/ Postgraduate / MBA in Sales and marketing preferred
• 4+ years of experience in Inside Sale and business development roles for domestic & international markets
