Inside Sales Coordinator, Remote, Full-Time, Permanent
The Inside Sales Coordinator will provide direct support to the sales team to help ensure smooth sales, operational and administrative procedures. This role will help manage customer relationships, assist with workflow management and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
The ideal candidate will possess an administrative background, attention to detail, along with excellent organizational and communication skills. While this is a work-from-home position, we require the candidate to be located in Calgary.
About the Position
Communicating with vendors and distributors regarding pricing, inventory status and shipments.
Customer quoting.
Reviewing and processing orders to ensure excellent customer service.
Supporting the sales team by assisting with proposal preparations.
Maintaining input of new/existing client details and other information into the sales database (ConnectWise).
Assisting with invoicing, tracking payments and other accounting tasks as required.
Assisting with coordination of client appreciation events and training sessions.
Laptop computer and printer provided.
Training provided.
About You
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel and Outlook.
Experience with CRM software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills.
Self-starter with excellent prioritization and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently in a virtual environment, efficiently and accurately.
