Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Admission Counselor at Aimlay located in Delhi, India. The Admission Counselor will be responsible for assisting and counseling candidates, providing customer service, and sales. The role also involves providing education-related guidance and support.
Qualifications
Customer Service and Sales skills
Experience in Inside Sales.
B2B or B2C Experience
Educational background or experience in education-related fields
Upselling and cross-selling
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Previous experience in counseling or admissions is a plus.
