We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled:
Inside Sales Engineer
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our Sales team in various essential tasks. Examples of your responsibilities are to:
• Efficiently handle vendor registration activities
• Prepare accurate and timely quotations for both MRO and Project
• Coordinate with our technical teams based in Singapore and Berlin to resolve internal and external technical support requests or issues related to product selection, application, specification, installation, etc.
• Skillfully prepare tenders for Government sectors and direct customer tenders
• Create systematic and error-free project costing sheets in a timely manner
• Understand customer needs and offer the most suitable products or services in terms of technical specifications, quality, pricing, and delivery from our range of products
• Ensure smooth project execution and maintain thorough documentation
• Arrange inspections as required
• Perform accurate order entry and verify technical requirements for the seamless execution of orders
• Handle the GEM portal for quotes, TQ, CQ, and order execution
• Enter and maintain records of customer references and bid opening details
Desired qualifications and experience
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma from a reputable university in Engineering, Process, Chemical, or Instrumentation Engineering
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience, with preference given to candidates with prior experience in local sales or representation offices of US or European MNCs
• Possess a pleasant personality, demonstrate a proactive attitude, maintain a clean working track record with high integrity, and excel as a team player
• Good verbal and written communication skills with a high level of fluency in English is highly preferred
• Good listening and analytical skills
• Effective time management abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office, CAD, and CRM software
• Adept at handling technical aspects and providing top-notch customer service
