We've partnered with 100+ corporates like ITC, Britannia, ONGC, Glenmark, L&T, Grasim, Aditya Birla, Axis Bank and more who have sponsored career guidance and counselling for their employees' children as an employee engagement and wellness activity. We're creating a wave of parenting wellness in every corporate in India and are looking to grow that number significantly in the next few months.
We're looking for persistent and innovative sales professionals to help us scale up our B2B Corporate Sales revenue stream. We partner with CHROs, L&D Heads, Engagement Heads, Talent Management/OD Teams to launch Mentoria as an engagement and wellness initiative within corporates.
Corporates across India implement activities like parties/picnics that have little to no impact on their employees' wellness/engagement. Taking care of the future of their employees' child creates an overwhelming amount of good-will and ownership. This is a sales role and so will have monthly, quarterly and yearly goals in terms of qualified meetings.
Responsibilities -
• Feet on street: email marketing, cold calling, LinkedIn connects, events and other outreach methods to set up meetings with HR stakeholders across organisations.
• Follow-ups with key HR stakeholders to set up qualified meetings for the corporate sales team.
• Sharing the requisite content and proposals to corporates we meet and conducting regular follow-ups.
• Supporting our corporate sales team in every manner necessary to reach Mentoria's revenue goals.
What do you need to apply for this role?
• 0-2 years of sales experience. Love for cold-calling, pitching and setting up qualified meetings. Hyper-persistence to ensure that once you spot a lead, you don't stop until you get a meeting with them.
• You have an entrepreneurial mind-set. What does that mean? You're ambitious/driven. You don't cry over spilt milk, and have the risk appetite to come up with and execute experiments/solutions. You don't need to be constantly told what to do. You believe that more money can be made by owning a part of the company (ESOPS) and growing it exponentially.
• A driving passion for sales that will help you collaborate with us to achieve this nation-transforming ambition.
• You’ve worked with targets and timelines in the past - with incentives.
CTC : 4.5 LPA - 4.8 LPA Fixed + performance-based variables
