We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive (Telesales) to join our team and help us grow our business by identifying potential customers and generating leads over the phone.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our healthcare services and generate leads
• Use persuasive selling skills to convert leads into paying customers
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Work closely with the marketing team to follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints to ensure customer satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to improve sales techniques and strategies
• Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills through training and coaching sessions
Requirements:
• Proven telesales experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to persuade and influence others effectively
• Self-motivated and target-driven with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
• A positive and enthusiastic attitude towards work
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
