We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Jaipur. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving hardware and software sales through effective communication and relationship-building with potential customers. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in achieving sales targets and expanding our customer base.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound sales calls to generate leads and identify new sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Present product offerings and provide demonstrations to potential customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services.
• Close sales deals and negotiate pricing and terms with customers.
• Collaborate with the technical team to address customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events as required.
Requirements:
• 2 to 8 years of experience in IT sales, specifically in hardware and software sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals.
• Knowledge of IT hardware and software products.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
