Job Description
The main function of this role is to assist customer in purchasing Un-junked Snacks online in our own
website through chat, call, WhatsApp chat and email. This role requires person to collaborate with
both customers & internal teams on product enquiry, after sales service like order queries, feedback
and complaints.
Responsibilities:
This role is focused towards generating sales online for the company by offering best
possible efforts to customer
Responsible for inbound/outbound prospect calls and convert them into sales.
Responsible to handle chat online, WhatsApp and help customer in buying journey
Work on two key metrics Increase Sales and Customer Satisfaction
Adhering to processes and quality standards
Desired Candidate Profile:-
Graduate/Internship/UG/Diploma in any stream
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to connect and interact
with potential customers
Self-motivated and self-directed
Experience in online / telesales / telemarketing.
Proficiency in spoken English is a must
Familiarity with e-commerce and its components
