Position: Inside Sales Executive

Job Summary : Mag Finserv is a non-banking financial company that specialises in providing gold loans to its customers. With its headquarters in Pune, the company has a strong presence in Maharashtra and has been serving customers for several years. We are looking for experienced telesales agents to join our team and help us grow our business. As a Telesales Agent, you will be responsible for selling gold loans over the phone to potential customers.
Responsibilities : Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain the benefits of Mag Finserv's gold loan products. Qualify leads and ensure that they meet the eligibility criteria for a gold loan. Build and maintain a positive relationship with customers and provide excellent customer service. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company. Follow up with customers to ensure timely repayment of the loan.
Requirements : Bachelor's degree At least 2 years of experience in selling loans, preferably gold loans. Excellent communication skills in Marathi / Hindi / Kannada. Good understanding of the loan sales process and ability to handle objections. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets. Basic knowledge of computer applications like MS Office and internet browsing.
