Role and Responsibilities:
We are seeking a talented Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting international calling work and generating sales through telecalling. Key responsibilities include:
• Engaging with potential clients over the phone to promote our products and services.
• Following up with leads and converting them into sales.
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets on a monthly basis.
• Maintaining a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to clients.
• Providing excellent customer service and addressing customer queries and concerns effectively.
• Maintaining a database of potential clients and updating it regularly.
Candidate Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following qualifications:
• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in sales telecalling.
• Excellent English speaking skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
