At Primalease, we are working towards solving a Real Estate management/backend problem by technology. We are providing a platform (Mobile and Web both) to Brokerage Agencies and individual builders/brokers/colonisers to manage their properties and spaces at one place. Properties can be managed starting from listing to leasing on this platform supported by commission structure and powerful analytics. Admins can now see the stage of all their properties at one place at any given moment of time, take decisions to expedite the Sale, rotate the agents and plan the selling process in a more beneficial way.
The leadership strongly believes in the ethos of enabling technology across the organisation. PrimaLease is headquartered in Jaipur for now, but plans to expand across India.
About the Role:
You'll focus on the early stages of the sales cycle: mapping markets, researching leads, and converting suspects into prospects. Starting with PrimaLease and expanding to other products, you'll identify key decision-makers, engage with them, and close deals. This role is your stepping stone to progressing into a full sales role.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct proactive prospecting and lead generation
- Deeply understand our products and services
- Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to close
- Deliver exceptional customer service and follow-up
- Meet or exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with the sales team and share best practices
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitors
- Use CRM software to manage interactions
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of inside sales experience (B2B preferred)
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of sales techniques and CRM tools
- Real estate domain knowledge is a plus!
