Preparing the quotation stop rospectivecustomersandmaintainrecordsofthe same in the Reports.
§ Co-ordinatingwithdifferentbackoffice departmentsfor sales Orderexecution, onbehalfofSalesperson
§ Newclient'sdevelopmentandensuringrecurringbusinessbyconstantlybeingintouch.
§ Identifying prospective clientsfromvarioussectors
§ Allocate appointmentstoRegionalSalesteamfromcallsmade and leadsidentified
§ follow up for payments and outstanding with customers
§ PreparequotesbasedonInquiriesloggedandProducts
§ Talk to customers for feedback on SRSG performance after the product delivery
§ Develop the prospective data base for communication and mailers for future offers
§ Handling a branch office administrative work like, petty cash, office boy management ,material inward and outward and logistics delivery and generating E-way bills etc
