• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
• Understand customer needs and requirements. Close sales.
• Export/Import sales for Shipments in Air and Sea.
• Looking after complete cycle bringing customer on board, regular booking, taking care of customer satisfaction, payment within credit period.
• Develop new customer.
• Well versed in shipment procedures & policies
• Technologically upfront.
