B. E / B. Tech (E&TC/IT) / B. Sc. (Electronics), BCA, BCS
Skills:
• Up to 5 years of relevant sales experience with IT/ITES/IoT products/services sales
• Proven track record of breaking into new customers as well as cross selling in existing accounts
• Ability to understand the key product strengths & weaknesses and position the same as per customer's pain areas & business needs
• Ability to identify decision makers & influencers, connect with heads & senior
managers from Technology/Digital Transformation departments
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong Presentation Skills
Job description:
While working under the guidance of Core Sales Team and Product Manager, own & drive the sales for IoT Product Engineering Services and Solution in North America
• Understand product value proposition, perform competitive analysis
• Identify the market segment, prospective customers, develop right party
contacts and define overall sales strategy
• Lead generation through cold calling, using 2nd or 3rd level network, LinkedIn
connections etc.
• Define account level plan to execute enterprise sales
• Convert leads to interests and get customers on product demo
• Drive the trials towards product sales while working with technical team
• Remain engaged with customers after sales to ensure renewals/ repeat
business
• Drive other activities by collaborating with corporate marketing function and
product managers
o marketing collateral - content creation, refinement and modification
o Attending relevant seminars or events for building the network
o Arranging and coordinating the seminars or workshops for products
promotion
o Arranging and supporting in webinars - contacts discovery, preparing
the flyers and email template
