Description
1. Have experience in B2B sales, with preferably SaaS sales in a B2B environment
2. Be able to sell early on, on his/her own including database cold calling, do inside sales (sales closure on calling/virtually) or field sales, etc. Call, meet, and reach out in all possible manner, to prospective customers in the database and achieve sales targets
3. Ability to hunt, recruit and manage the team for expansion of sales function when the time comes
4. Generate databases on his own efforts &/or from his/her own network to tap for the company product sales. Also, Enhance the current prospect list by adding referrals to it. Referrals to be acquired from prospects being called &/or clients acquired.
5. Revenue generation as per plans for the company, on his own efforts and with the team, when the team is hired
6. Report on both input activities and outcomes produced for self as well as team at an agreed periodic frequency
7. Stretch the day and week to achieve the Startup's business revenue goals
8. Create a positive disposition among the prospects and clients to build goodwill for the company in the market. Regular engagement with the customer and Customer Success team to ensure revenue generation is happening
9. Work with Customer Success team to ensure timely and effective onboarding of the clients
10. Work with the Marketing team to generate a steady and quality supply of leads for the business
11. Generate references from the customers to do more sales
12. Maintain a regular and healthy relationship with the clients to ensure their success through our company products as well as client retention and growth
13. Seek feedback from the clients (training institutes, job consultants, and employers) on our products and services for continuous improvement
