CorpSecurity International is seeking for Sr. Inside Sales Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and organized and possess excellent customer service and communication skills. We are looking for someone who can build relationships with potential customers and close sales.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects while simultaneously making sales calls to potential customers
• Educate potential customers on product features, pricing plans, and benefits of CorpSecurity International’s programs.
• Utilize salesforce automation software to track daily activities
• Cultivate leads generated through inside sales efforts
• Collaborate with the marketing department to create and promote campaigns
• Analyze customer feedback and make recommendations for improvements in products, services, and processes
• Prepare sales reports to track progress against assigned quotas
Qualifications:
Must Have-
• Proven experience as an inside sales executive.
• This position requires a minimum of 3 years of inside sales experience in the EdTech industry, as
well as strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with modern sales tools and CRM software
• Ability to learn about products and explain them to prospects
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
• Superior oral and written communication abilities
• High level of energy, motivation, and enthusiasm
• Strong organizational skills with the capability to prioritize tasks
• Ability to meet or exceed established sales goals
