Job Description
Business Development Executive acts as a liaison, provides services information, and resolves any emerging problems that our clients might face with accuracy and efficiency who will be responsible for the following-
➢ Making Calls & Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries.
➢ Listening to customer requirements and presenting company services to make an online sale.
➢ Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy, Negotiating the terms of an agreement, and closing sales.
➢ Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential customers.
➢ Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via telephone calls and emails only.
➢ Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and information.
➢ Identifying new businesses and selling services to potential clients.
➢ To ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Skills Needed:
➢ Must hold a graduation degree.
➢ Experience in telesales or services-based sales minimum of 6 months to 1 year.
➢ Excellent written and verbal communication.
➢ Salary Can be offered: 12k to 17K + Incentives
