Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct cold calls to discover new prospects and opportunities.
• Craft and deliver compelling sales presentations that highlight the value of our IT outsourcing services.
• Develop a deep understanding of our offerings to effectively communicate their benefits.
• Create and implement targeted sales strategies to exceed your goals in the IT outsourcing market.
• Maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with your client accounts, acting as their main point of contact.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Negotiate and close deals that are beneficial for both the client and our company.
• Conduct account analysis to uncover growth opportunities and address challenges.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance our offerings and improve customer experiences.
• Track your progress and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-5 years of experience in IT product/service sales (e.g., cloud, CRM software).
• Experience in the US market is a plus.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in the IT services industry.
• Strong understanding of IT outsourcing models like managed services and staff augmentation.
• Ability to work within US time zones (9 AM - 6 PM EST).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• A proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Strong analytical skills to identify opportunities for account growth.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills who can engage with C-level executives.
