Job Title: Inside Sales Executive
Experience- 2+ years
Location- Jaipur, Rajasthan
Immediate joiners preferred.
Responsibilities:
• Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions to meet their requirements.
• Follow up with leads and maintain a consistent pipeline of opportunities.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and meet overall company objectives.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Provide timely feedback to the management team regarding market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
• Stay informed about industry developments and product updates to effectively communicate key features and benefits to customers.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and generate new business opportunities.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in inside sales, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated and target-driven, with a demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic sales environment.
