Are you a confident and articulate sales professional with logistics experience? We're looking for a driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team in Bedford!
The Role:
As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth through:
✅ Spot quotations & pricing negotiations
✅ Maintain consistent follow-up to improve conversion rates
✅ Cold calling & building new client relationships
✅ Managing & developing a pipeline of prospects
✅ Providing excellent customer service to secure repeat business
✅ Liaise with operators to identify spare trailer space
What We're Looking For:
✔ 1-2 years of experience in logistics or freight sales
✔ Freight forwarding knowledge is desirable and experience working in a similar environment.
✔ Cold Sales And Telesales Experience Is Essential.
✔ Using initiative to negotiate rates
✔ Strong communication and negotiation skills
✔ A proactive, target-driven mindset
✔ The ability to confidently engage with clients over the phone
