Job Responsibilities:
• Reach out and connect with customers based on the allocated data
• Manage data in CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate, and documents are attached.
• Making Outbound Calls, generating leads & nurturing the opportunities generated
• Work with the business managers and heads to develop and grow customer satisfaction level
• Data-driven analysis with strong attention to detail and ability to execute within a matrix team structure.
Qualifications:
• A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience
• Good Communication and Strong Negotiation Skills
• Should have experience in Existing Customer Handling
• Requires a strong, assertive approach
• Experience in data management and system updates
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Empowered to drive results
