Location: Dahisar East, Mumbai
Work Mode: Hybrid
Experience: Fresher /1 year
We are looking for an enthusiastic and well-spoken Inside Sales Executive to join our fast-growing jewelry digitization company. The role will be to expand our existing customer base, principally by reaching out to prospective clients through the phone and engaging them with our digital capabilities.
What you will do
● Calling International Clients in their relevant time zones.
● Sourcing new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls and emails
● Understanding customer needs and requirements.
● Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
● Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
● Answer basic questions about products or the company.
● Ask questions to understand customer requirements.
● Be up to date on all services and new developments of the company and inform the potential leads about the same.
● Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.

● Excellent communication skills, good phone manners, and articulation.
● Patience and ability to engage customers in conversations.
● Ability to cope with rejection.
● Proven inside sales experience.
● Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
● Strong listening and presentation skills
● Flexible working hours based on the target countries and time zones.
● Results-driven.
What we need from you
● Diploma or Undergraduate degree.
● Minimum 2 years of work experience in Lead Generation/International Sales.
● International tele sales experience in countries like the US, UK, Hong Kong & Australia.
Reporting
● Inside Sales Executive will report to the Sales Manager.
