About the Role: As a Program Advisor / Inside Sales Executive / Manager in the Business-to-Consumer (B2C) division of our Company, you will be an integral part of our team, working from our office location. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional guidance and support to individuals interested in our diverse range of programs. You will engage with prospective and existing participants, offering personalized advice to help them make informed decisions about enrolling in programs that align with their career goals and aspirations. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Consultation and Guidance: Engage with potential and current program participants in person, over the phone, and through email. Take the time to understand their career objectives, strengths, and areas for improvement to offer tailored advice on suitable programs. 2. Program Knowledge: Demonstrate a deep understanding of Expertron's programs, including their curriculum, features, benefits, and pricing structures. Clearly communicate program details, learning outcomes, and potential career pathways to prospective participants. 3. Enrolment Support: Facilitate the enrolment process for participants, assisting them with registration, payment procedures, and any necessary documentation. 4. Building Relationships: Cultivate positive relationships with program participants, offering ongoing support and addressing their inquiries throughout their learning journey. Foster a sense of community and engagement within the program. 5. Sales Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to achieve enrolment targets and contribute to the growth of the company. Preferred Skill Sets: 1. Keen interest in Educational Sales 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills 3. Being interested in mentoring students, knack for sales and positioning an idea Prerequisite for applying for the position: 1. Are available for full-time in-office employment (Office Location - Vikhroli, Mumbai) 2. Can work from the office and Can join immediately 3. Comfortable with Bring Your Own Device Policy 4.
