Designation: Inside Sales executive

Location : Hybrid work method

Role Description
This is a full-time Inside Sales Specialist role with a hybrid work arrangement at Two Cents Consulting. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for daily tasks such as lead generation, customer satisfaction, and communication. This role is located in Mumbai, with the flexibility to work remotely.
Qualifications
• Database building capability
• Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
• Proficient with direct messaging, emailing and messaging for lead generation
• Customer requirement analysis and Communication skills are a must
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, pitch creations and presentation making
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Prior experience in a sales or customer service role is a must ( Internships will be considered)
• Social Media - Marketing knowledge is a must
