Role Purpose Statement:
Your main goal is to boost our sales by reaching out to the existing customers as well as potential customers of Expedia TAAP. As an inside sales executive, you are responsible for handling sales over the phone entirely. You are also responsible for solving questions in regard to the product or service provided by the company.
Responsibilities:
1.The candidate will need to call agents (50-60 calls per day) to sell our services.
2.Answering phone calls and explaining the services offered by the company.
3.Making records of the sales phone calls and sales deals.
4.Reaching potential or existing clients to advise them about an item or administration utilizing pre-defined scripts.
5.Calling active or old customers to encourage the purchase of services.
6.Sales support activities to acquire new prospects and maintain cordial relationships with agents.
Requirements:
1.Proven experience as a tele sales representative or other customer service role.
2.Graduate with experience in Travel Industry or Call Center will be an advantage.
3.Excellent knowledge of the English language.
4.Good knowledge of computer programs like (CRM software) and other telephone systems.
5.Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota over the phone.
6.Ability to switch communication styles.
