Description

We are seeking a motivated and proactive Business Development Representative to identify potential customers for Lincode solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with key decision makers, introduce them to Lincode, and nurture relationships with a focus on quality interactions. This role involves utilizing various channels, including cold-calling, emails, and professional social media platforms like LinkedIn.

Responsibilities:
• Identify and target potential customers who could benefit from Lincode solutions.
• Research and determine key decision makers within target organizations.
• Initiate contact with prospects through multiple channels, ensuring a professional and engaging introduction to Lincode.
• Arrange introduction calls with the Sales Manager or schedule visits for Field Sales Executives.
• Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and update the CRM system to track progress and next steps.
• Collaborate with the sales team and customers to schedule meetings and ensure successful outcomes.
• Share meeting summaries (Minutes of Meeting - MoM) with clients to ensure clear communication and follow-up.
• Monitor and track call activity against planned targets, assessing opportunities and sales generated.
• Meet defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the number of calls made and review performance metrics with the Relationship Manager periodically.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong prospecting and networking abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and ability to maintain accurate records.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Goal-oriented and able to achieve targets within set deadlines.

Salary: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
