Job Profile – Inside Sales Expert

Job Location: Kota, Rajasthan, INDIA
Job Brief: We are looking for an Inside Sales Expert who can manage and grow sales & business through the customer success team and call centre management.
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and train the customer success team for day-to-day activities.
- Conduct effective resource planning to maximize the productivity of resources (people, technology etc.).
- Collect and analyse call-centre statistics (sales rates, costs, customer service metrics etc.).
- Monitor and improve ordering, telephone handling and other procedures.
- Evaluate performance with key metrics (accuracy, call-waiting time etc.)
- Liasoning among the multiple departments involved in customer servicing/lifecycle (Operations, Logistics, Product etc.).
- Advise customers for their learning needs through structured Counselling Sessions.
- Understand Customer profile & problems to explain implication of ineffective learning methods.
- Create the need for New age Learning and match the customer needs with the available product as a solution.
- Handle Objections and Price Negotiation to generate Sales Revenue.
- Learn/ Upgrade one’s own Product Knowledge and Sales Skills to achieve and exceed growing Sales target(s).
- Possess sound knowledge and understanding of consumer (students and parents) behaviour.
Job Requirements and Qualification:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- Proven experience in managing inside sales and associated customer success team.
- Solid understanding of reporting and budgeting procedures.
- Experience in basic financial analysis (cost-effectiveness, cost-benefit etc.).
- Proficient in MS Office and customer communication tools/software programs (CRM).
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills with problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication skills along with professional presentation skills.
