Territory Manager Wanted!
Do you have a passion for sales, a drive to succeed, and 3-5 years of experience leading a team?
We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager with a proven track record of team leadership and a history of career progression to join our growing team. Fluency in Marathi is a must.
In this role, you will:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Provide excellent customer service and support
Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Identify new business opportunities and expand market share
If you have:
A proven track record of success in sales
4-7 years of experience managing and leading a team
A history of promotions within your previous organizations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in Marathi
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently
